The shelf life of stroopwafel dough partly depends on the storage temperature.

We can make the stroopwafel dough fresh and send it with a special service
you will receive the order the same day!

After receipt you can keep it unrefrigerated for about 5 to 8 days.
You can also freeze it for later use.

You can also easily portion the dough into dough balls yourself.

stroopwafel 8.5 cm = 45 grams of dough ball
stroopwafel 13 cm = 70 grams of dough ball
stroopwafel 18 cm = 90 grams of dough ball

You have to roll each ball of dough in your hands before it is baked to 'loosen' the fats.
Baking then goes without cracks in the cookie,
and the wafer will inflate more easily.
