Do you ship to all of Europe?
Yes, Our Dutch and European clients can order in the webshop.
After receiving your payment we start working on your order.
What is the delivery time of my order?
After receiving your payment, we start working on your order.
Normally your order is packed in 2 to 4 days and ready for transport.
The delivery time of your package within Europe depends on several aspects.
International transit times vary depending on the destination country.
One package ( box ) we send by post. Depending on your country transittime it will take 3 to 14 days.
A pallet, we send by freight forwarder, depending on your country the transittime takes 2 to 8 days.
Do I get a track & trace for my shipment?
Yes. Once your parcel or pallet is in distribution, you automatically receive the T&T by email.
How long is the shelflife of ready-made stroopwafels?
For export, we have two kinds of quality stroopwafels.
Basic Export quality - shelflife is 12 months after production.
Best Export quality - shelflife is 6 months after production.
Freezing stroopwafels is possible and this will almost stop the aging process completely.
Are you located in a warm country?
Always keep food storage in a climate-controlled area away from windows and moisture.
