The dough hook, bowl and safety grid are made of stainless steel and are easy to clean. Due to the weight of the spiral kneader, it is stable and does not vibrate when it is kneading. No noise from the engine. The spiral kneader has 2 speeds, 2 timers, 1 emergency stop and 1 safety switch.
