What is the delivery time of my order ?
After receiving your payment, we start working on your order.
Normally your order is packed in 2 to 4 days, and ready for transport.
The transit time in Europe depends on many things like;
Is it a parcel ( box ) we send by post. Depending on your country transittime takes 3 to 14 days.
Is it a pallet, we send by truck company, depending on your country the transittime takes 2 to 8 days.
Do i get a track & trace for my shipment ? Yes. Once your parcel or pallet is in distribution, you automatically receive the T&T by email.
How long is the shelflife of stroopwafels ?
For export, we have two kinds of quality stroopwafels.
Best quality - shelflife = 6 months after production.
Export quality - shelflife is 12 months after production.
Freezing the stroopwafels is possible, and this will almost stop the aging process completely.
You operate in a hot country? storage your stroopwafels frozen or cooled, and keep them out of the sunlight.
