Delicious waffle mix for Brussels waffles. 

The mix is ​​very easy to prepare. 
Use 1 kg of mix with 1.4 liters of water. 

The result is a light golden colored waffle, 
very airy on the inside and wonderfully crunchy on the outside. 
A light vanilla scent completes the scent experience for the customer. 

Spray the waffle machine with our baking spray. 
Set the temperature to 180 to 190 degrees (depending on the machine). 
Fill the waffle iron with a spoon. 
Close the machine and bake the waffle for 3 to 4 minutes (depending on the machine). 

Remove the waffle from the machine with a waffle fork, 
and let the waffle evaporate on a wire rack to prevent condensation on the bottom.

Serve the waffle still warm with a tasty topping such as strawberries, chocolate or Nutella 
and of course a dollop of real whipped cream.
