Recipe for Brussels waffles 


Preheat the Brussels waffle machine for at least 15 minutes: 
- Connect the device. 
- Set the switch to 220°C. 
- Keep the waffle iron closed during preheating. 

 

Belgian waffles - Brussels 
Composition 
- 1/2 liter of milk 
- 6 eggs whose protein is stored in the air 
- 250 grams of butter 
- 500 grams of flour 
- 1/2 liter of water 
- 25 grams of baker's yeast (fresh) or 16 grams of instant yeast. 
- a pinch of salt 


Prepare the waffle dough:
Melt the butter in a pan. Pour the milk into a container. Stir in the flour, egg yolks and yeast, diluted in a little warm milk. Then add the melted butter. Beat the egg whites stiff with salt. Add them to the dough. Add the water as you go. 

Bake the waffle dough: 
Open the waffle iron and grease the molds of the top and bottom plate. Pour the dough into the mold of the bottom plate. Close the waffle iron. Cooking time: 3 min at 220°C. 
After 3 min of cooking, open the waffle iron and remove the crispy golden waffles with the waffle fork. 
You can decorate your waffles with icing sugar, jam, honey, chocolate etc. Tastes good!
