With the poffertjes dispenser you can quickly fill your baking tray. 
The elongated funnel is filled with batter, from the funnel the batter flows row by row into the holes on the poffer plate. 
This is possible because there are outlet holes at the bottom of the funnel. 
These outflow holes are sealed with a thick conical rod. 
By lifting the bars, all openings open at the same time and the batter flows row by row into the holes on the poffer plate, very efficiently. 
The dispenser is easy to operate, so that even less experienced staff can 'bake' poffertjes in a pleasant way, and this will also increase the capacity.

and even fits in the catering dishwasher.
