Re-coating machine plates

If the baking trays are not cleaned properly or regularly, 
a carbon-like layer will form on the baking tray. 

That in itself is not so bad, this is a natural non-stick coating. 
If the layer becomes too thick that flakes come off in the pancake, that is of course not what you want.

We disassemble the machine and 
bring the plates to the company, which will clean the plates by means of sandblasting. 

The baking sheets then go into a special oven, where the new EC-4 non-stick coating is baked on them. 
Your machine can last for ages again.

We assemble and check the machine and ensure that it returns to you quickly. 
This process can take 14 days. 
A loaner machine is available if needed.
