Designed to bake in a pan.
Wholegrain wheatflour and buckwheatflour for the authentic pancake taste.
This is a complete professional bakingmix for pancakes, only add water.
Instructions:
For 1 kg mix add 1,7 ltr water.
Heat the pan
use some oil or butter, bake the pancake until the surface is dry.
Flip the pancake and bake for one minute.
Serve the pancake on a warm plate.
