Chocolate sauce recipe

Fresh chocolate sauce (for about 25 people) 



− Bring 200 ml water with 200 g granulated sugar to the boil until you obtain a sugar water syrup. 
− Mix in over 400 g of melted black chocolate and a knob of fresh butter. 
− Allow to cool while stirring continuously. If desired, some more cream can now be added. 
− This chocolate sauce can be used lukewarm, as it does not solidify quickly!
