The Golden poffertjesmix is your choice when you work / sell poffertjes on a daily basis.
This Golden poffertjesmix needs a bit more accuracy in temperature and timing compared with our Dutch poffertjesmix.

This 10 kg bag makes 2000 poffertjes.

One kg of our Golden poffertjesmix makes
200 poffertjes with an electric poffertjesplate
or 180 poffertjes with our gas operated poffertjesplate.

With an electric plate a portion is 10 pcs
a double portion is 20 pcs

With our gas poffertjesplate 
a portion is 7 pcs ( these poffertjes are a bit bigger )
and a double portion is 14 pcs

If you are able to sell this bag of 200 portions for € 3,- a portion,
This bag, with an investment of around 30,- makes 600,- in turnover.
